Philosophy

The other SaaS starter kits are generally integrations of multiple other libraries and frameworks and do not provide other useful features beyond that.

SaaSify Starter Kit not only provides you with a solid foundation for your SaaS, but also provides you with a lot of useful features beyond that such as credits system, utilities for protected routes and pages, React context for managing login user, etc.

Protected APIs

Other kits do not provide utilities to get the logged in user, plan, team and other details.

SaaSify Starter Kit has utility functions the get the logged in user, plan, team and other details just with few lines of code. You can also check ownership of the resources with either user or the team.

Emails

Other kits do provide email setup but do not provide templating setup

SaaSify kit comes with Resend to send emails and also comes with React Email so that you can easily make templates and quickly setup transactional emails. The kit also comes with a default generic email template so that you can start sending emails from day 0!

User plans & credits

Other kits only provides authentication & UI for pricing table but not any feature for user plans and credits allocation for each plan.

SaaSify kit is built to provide 2nd order utilities as mentioned above. Along with NextAuth, it comes with User Plans setup out of the box where you can configure multiple plans and setup the credits to be allocated for the plans accordingly. It also provides functions to consume credits inside your business logic!
